**Experienced Patient Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Opportunity**

Our Patient Customer Service department is a vital part of this mission, and we are seeking energetic, passionate, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, doctors' offices, and private insurance carriers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers * Initiating payment plans for patients for outstanding balances * Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone * Maintaining performance goals * Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: * Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail * Perform successfully in a team environment * Excellent organization skills * Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications * Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency * Excellent communication skills **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Remote work experience is a plus * Dedicated work-from-home space * Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity * Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus **Technical Requirements** To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second * No satellite internet * Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.
