Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Patient Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle Management Division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex patient billing issues, and driving continuous improvement through innovation and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective support and solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience. Utilize multiple resources and systems to resolve patient inquiries and issues while on the phone, demonstrating a high level of proficiency and attention to detail. Maintain performance goals and adhere to quality standards, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and support. Participate in a structured training program to become proficient in our processes and systems, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and excellent organization skills. Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with alpha-numeric data entry skills and excellent communication abilities. Dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 megabytes per second download speed) and the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem via Ethernet cord. Previous medical and/or call center experience is highly desirable, although not essential. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
