As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting patients, healthcare coaches, and administrative staff to ensure seamless and effective care delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to patients, responding to their needs, and addressing their concerns in a compassionate and professional manner Assist patients with loan applications, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to manage their health Order testing and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective care delivery Conduct phone and Zoom calls with patients, healthcare coaches, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration Manage text messages and voicemails, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner Sell and order supplements, ensuring patients have access to the products they need to support their health and wellbeing Schedule appointments with health coaches, coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless care delivery Provide administrative support, completing forms and performing other tasks as needed to support the team Collaborate with healthcare coaches, providing support with scheduling, rescheduling, and other tasks as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, qualities, and experience.
