Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. Inventory Management: Manage our store's inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked and organized, and that our customers have access to the products they need. Cash Handling: Process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory. Store Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our store, including the stockroom, shelves, and customer areas. Teamwork: Collaborate with our store team to achieve our sales and customer service goals, and to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and requirements: Age: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience: Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not required. Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong work ethic. Availability: You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Physical Demands This role requires you to be able to: Stand for long periods: You'll need to be able to stand for long periods, including during peak sales periods. Lift and carry: You'll need to be able to lift and carry items up to 45 pounds, including stock and merchandise. Walk and move: You'll need to be able to walk and move around the store, including during stockroom and inventory tasks.
