Experienced Part-Time Warehouse Associate – Material Handler and Distribution Specialist for a Leading Healthcare Company

We currently have the following shifts available: Day Shift (Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM start until shift is complete) and Mid Shift (Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:30 PM or until shift is complete). Key Responsibilities Ensure effective order fulfillment management by moving efficiently throughout your shift to meet productivity and accuracy standards. Operate power industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products within the warehouse. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Participate in on-the-job training to certify in driving power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and operating advanced automation. Stay up-to-date with the latest procedures and processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Essential Qualifications Entry-level experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (previous experience is an asset but not required). Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift). Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product). High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and accuracy standards. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience operating power industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive culture.
