As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of entertainment. **Key Responsibilities** As a part-time remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Coordinating data entry tasks and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless data management processes * Developing and implementing data item strategies that align with business objectives and targets * Examining and managing data discrepancies for financial data structure and integrating data from various sources into a modernized platform * Creating and following through on schedules, budgets, acceptance standards, and service levels * Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop data item techniques that meet financial objectives and targets * Working with colleagues to foster data item strategies that align with business objectives and targets * Examining and managing data discrepancies for financial data structure and integrating data from various sources into a modernized platform **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience in data entry, including directly managing design assets and studios * Experience in data item management, with a focus on financial items or solutions * Strong data visualization, planning, and documentation skills, following the full data delivery life cycle of business engagement through to accurate, compliant, and actual data planning and project delivery; supporting specialty units data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence/ML needs * Profound technical expertise in data, platforms, and tools, including AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and infrastructure as-code (Terraform/CDK) * Experience with streaming data handling concepts, including cluster and real-time in-the-moment understanding creation and dissemination * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence across the organization, including executives * Strong areas of expertise in best practices and standards in data and design * Profound technical expertise on data design delivery practices, able to address skills and cycles to different levels of the organization * Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media industry **Preferred Qualifications** A graduate degree and additional work experience are highly desirable. **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in data visualization tools and platforms * Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools * Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
