If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role that offers opportunities for growth and development, then arenaflex is the perfect place for you. **Job Summary** As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our back office and sales teams by generating accurate and timely reports, assisting with inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, then we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Generate monthly and daily inventory reports to ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory levels * Assist the back office and sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses * Collaborate with the CFO to prepare and submit reporting requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Support the Controller with month-end closures, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reports * Conduct various data review and consolidation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures **Minimum Qualifications** * Educational background in accounting or a related field is a plus * 1 year of related experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with expertise in vlookup and pivot tables * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information * Ability to quickly adapt to change and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with accuracy * Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts, with a strong attention to detail * Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with cloud-based software and applications * Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines * Strong time management and organizational skills * Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience working with cloud-based software and applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
