As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of our industry. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, your key responsibilities will include: * Generating monthly and daily inventory reports to ensure accurate and timely data * Assisting the Back office and Sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries * Collaborating with the CFO to provide reporting requests and support * Working closely with the Controller to ensure smooth month-end closures * Conducting various data review and consolidation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Educational background in accounting is a plus, but not required * At least 1 year of related experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field * Intermediate-level skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, including proficiency in vlookup and pivot tables * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written * Ability to quickly adapt to change and manage multiple tasks with accuracy * Strong time management and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with arithmetic and mathematical concepts **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working with inventory management systems and software * Familiarity with accounting principles and practices * Certification in accounting or a related field * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong time management and organizational skills * Familiarity with MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
