Type in data provided directly from staff, maintaining a high level of precision and efficiency. Verify data by comparison and generating reports, identifying any discrepancies or errors. Sort and organize paperwork, including electronic and hard copy documents, following data entry and maintaining a well-organized digital and physical filing system. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic education and skills. Prior work experience in data entry, preferably in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office, although not essential. Typing proficiency, with a preferred level of at least 45 words per minute (wpm) accuracy and no errors, showcasing excellent keyboard skills and attention to detail. Some understanding of the internal processes of medical facilities and med-legal terminology, although training can be provided for the right candidate. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced administrative environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
