Open and submit requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians. Review each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk, including whether issues were resolved or require further coordination with customers. Email responses to customers, providing updates and ensuring exceptional customer service. Maintain organization and focus on closing out tickets quickly, ensuring high productivity and customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: Strong computer skills, with the ability to work on a computer for extended periods. Exceptional typing skills, with high accuracy and speed. Attention to detail, with the ability to review and process information efficiently.
