Maintaining a well-organized filing system, both physical and digital, to support efficient data retrieval and compliance with regulatory requirements. Essential Qualifications Proven experience as a data entry clerk, receptionist, or in a related role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and customer service best practices. Accurate typing skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools, particularly MS Office Word and Excel, with the capability to learn new software applications as needed. Working knowledge of office equipment, including printers, scanners, and telephones, with basic troubleshooting skills.
