Job Summary We're seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our part-time remote customer support team as Customer Support Representatives. Addressing inquiries related to flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and general travel information, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries. Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate issues and turn negative experiences into positive ones. Collaborating with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide a unified brand voice. Staying up-to-date with airline operations, ticketing systems, and industry developments, using this knowledge to provide expert advice and support to customers. Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously to meet service level agreements and quality standards.
