Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
