Job Overview In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, responding to a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats, providing accurate and helpful information regarding blithequark's products, services, and policies Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general product questions, researching complex situations regarding online orders, tracking, and deliveries, and offering compensations as necessary Operate as the liaison between customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to resolve issues efficiently Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating proficiency in technology and multitasking Employ problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order/product/delivery issues, taking ownership of problems and providing timely resolutions Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and experience that align with our requirements.
