Key Responsibilities: Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, identifying when technical support is needed and escalating issues efficiently to our Tier 2 team. Provide clear and concise communications, following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to resolve escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed. Remain current on process updates and technology used within blithequark, adapting to changes and implementing new procedures as necessary. Perform duties in accordance with blithequark's policies and applicable laws, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Perform other duties as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success. Requirements for Success To excel as a part-time remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: A High School Diploma, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning. A reliable internet connection, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively from your home office. Experience in a call center environment is a plus, although not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, order processing systems, and contact management systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. The ability to empathize with customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing personalized support and solutions. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet customer demands. Possessing organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills, with the ability to navigate through multiple systems and learn new software applications.
