We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, welcoming everyone to join our diverse and inclusive workforce. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work in a highly structured performance-based environment, utilizing our systems and resources to enhance the overall customer experience.
