About the Role As a Part-time Remote Customer Experience Advisor, you will work from the comfort of your home, directly impacting our mission to enrich customer lives by resolving their issues and focusing on their satisfaction. You will handle customer inquiries with precision and professionalism, using your communication skills to effectively address customer needs while displaying a deep understanding of blithequark's products, services, and policies. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of customer queries. Troubleshoot problems and provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries, escalating complex issues according to company policy. Maintain a deep understanding of blithequark products and services to aid in customer education and provide personalized recommendations. Uphold company standards during every customer interaction, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience. Offer personalized recommendations and brief customers on new or updated information, promoting blithequark's products and services. Work collaboratively in a remote team environment to meet and exceed goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Document and escalate cases according to company policy, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer issues. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Must be based in the United States and legally eligible to work. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your shift, with a high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Proficient in using technology and software for remote communication, with previous experience in a customer service role highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or support roles, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
