About the Role As a part-time Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. Key Responsibilities: Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery. Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business. What We Offer At arenaflex, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication. A $500 sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team. Essential Qualifications: The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key). The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution. A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM. Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
