Job Overview As a part-time Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, researching and resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for individuals who are available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, and researching and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business Rewards and Benefits At blithequark, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication.
