Job Overview As a part-time Remote Customer Care Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers. You will be responsible for handling phone calls, researching and resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients throughout the package delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching, and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery. Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing timely and effective support. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, using your excellent problem-solving skills to deliver solutions. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, contributing to the development of new processes and procedures. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10 key). A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM, meeting our technical requirements for remote work. Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and security.
