Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery, providing timely and effective support. Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a flexible and adaptable approach to scheduling. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10 key).
