Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid environment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement Essential Qualifications High school graduate or G.E.D. Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with proficiency in using computer software and technology Must be able to pass a background check, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and trustworthiness Preferred Qualifications Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements, with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a remote/hybrid environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment Experience with lead and workflow management software, or a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
