Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail, able to craft clear, concise, and personalized responses to customer inquiries.
