Your key responsibilities will include: Engaging with clients through live chat interactions, responding to their inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information to address their needs and concerns. Acting as the first point of contact for clients through the live chat channel, representing blithequark in a professional and courteous manner that reflects the company's values and mission. Proactively assisting clients with any questions or concerns they may have, guiding them through the website to find the information they are looking for, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaborating closely with the team of attorneys and legal professionals to stay updated on blithequark's services and successfully communicating them to clients in a clear and concise manner. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving any issues that may arise, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or individual for further action. Keeping detailed records of all live chat interactions, analyzing feedback, and using insights to continuously improve the live chat service and overall customer experience. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve blithequark's live chat service and contribute to the company's growth and success. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, but not required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism, empathy, and tact. Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple chat conversations while providing prompt and accurate responses, and meeting productivity and quality standards. Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve the desired goals and objectives, with a strong focus on collaboration, adaptability, and flexibility. Knowledge of legal terminology and a basic understanding of the legal process is an asset, but not required; training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in this role. Proficiency in typing, with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, and excellent computer skills, including familiarity with live chat software and technology. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure optimal coverage for clients and meet the needs of the business. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: 1+ year of experience in the customer service industry, with a focus on live chat or phone support. Management skills, including resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Comfortable handling customer complaints and feedback, with a strong focus on resolving issues and improving the customer experience. At least high school diploma or equivalent, or higher, with a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
