Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our computer systems, maintaining data quality and integrity, and providing support to our operations team. This is a part-time, remote work opportunity that offers flexible scheduling and the ability to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently, meeting productivity and quality standards Maintain data quality and integrity, identifying and correcting errors as needed Provide support to operations team, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure data accuracy and consistency Stay up-to-date with changes in data entry procedures and systems, adapting to new technologies and processes as needed Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field 2+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with others Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications Experience with data entry software and systems, including CRM and ERP systems Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve data entry errors Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with others Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote or virtual team environment Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain data quality and integrity Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
