You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their payroll information and personal employee data is up-to-date and accurate. This is a 3-4 month contract opportunity, with the potential to lead to a permanent position. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and efficiency * Load client employee payroll information and personal employee data into databases in a timely manner * Update client and company level information, including delivery address changes and contact information updates * Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure the integrity of client taxes * Collaborate with clients to ensure that their data is accurate and up-to-date * Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent required * At least 1 year of Data Entry experience * Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel * Experience with data management and analysis * Strong knowledge of data security protocols and confidentiality agreements **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee of blithequark, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
