You'll work closely with our Care Delivery Organizations (CDOs) to assess their existing specialty network needs and evaluate market opportunities to optimize their network's performance. Your primary focus will be on developing analytic insights, supporting data models, and delivering specialty network recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop analytic insights to support specialty network development and evaluation * Support data models to inform specialty network recommendations * Deliver specialty network recommendations to CDOs and other stakeholders * Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for specialty network optimization * Collaborate with CDOs to assess their existing specialty network needs and develop strategies for improvement * Evaluate market opportunities to optimize specialty network performance * Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of specialty network data and analytics * Provide exceptional customer service to CDOs and other stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, data analysis) preferred * 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field * Familiarity with healthcare data and analytics * Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional) * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) * Strong knowledge of healthcare data and analytics * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
