As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Technical Services: Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on fountain equipment according to company standards, ensuring that all equipment is installed, maintained, and serviced to the highest standards. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fountain equipment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Equipment Maintenance: Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation. Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on fountain equipment, including software updates and corrective maintenance, to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance. Logistics: Move equipment to perform mechanical services on fountain equipment, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and corrective maintenance. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Technical Skills: Technical aptitude to repair machines, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required. Driver's License: Valid driver's license required. Flexibility: Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
