As a Senior Analyst - Customer Growth Site Marketing, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with cross-functional partners to drive business results and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on supporting the marketing of strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking treatments across our client site. Key Responsibilities Support the advertising of strategic pitches, updates, independent valuable cards, as well as lending and banking treatments across Client Site in collaboration with leaders and peers. Daily management of site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across products. Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to prioritize and build feature enhancements to enable better customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics. Collaborate with analytics to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and optimize accordingly. Support the development of the channel forecast, monthly reporting/discourse, and monthly re-forecasting process.
