Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and repairing soft drink fountain equipment, and maintaining our refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards. Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs. Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Essential Qualifications * Secondary school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude for repairing machines * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, technical services) * Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field * Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems * Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, electrical) Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Coca-Cola, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
