Topics can range from returns, substitutions, delivery, product availability, order status, and more. - **Listening Effectively and Showing Empathy:** You'll actively listen to comprehend customer concerns and utilize internal resources to find the best solution to address their issue. - **De-escalating Customer Concerns:** Most customers contact us because they've had an issue and need your assistance. You'll use your mediation skills to balance the needs of the customer with the options from the business while remaining calm. - **Issue Resolution:** Solutions are not a one-size-fits-all approach, so customer support representatives don't read from pre-populated scripts. You'll be given a degree of independence to help customers find the right solution. You'll need to think critically to resolve customer issues in a first-contact resolution approach. - **Being Educated and Adaptable:** You'll need to juggle exploring different programs, tabs, devices, and screens to rapidly and accurately answer questions.
