About the Role As a part-time customer support representative, you'll be responsible for building relationships with our customers and providing them with exceptional service. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and priorities. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Ability to work in a metric-driven environment, with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
