Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Part Time Customer Support and Service Technician to join our team at arenaflex. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, as well as investigating and diagnosing issues with the equipment. You will also be required to keep all refrigeration equipment in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks. This is a part-time position, with a competitive hourly rate of $27/hour, and you will be working 8 hours a day. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with clients to resolve issues and address concerns Work flexibly, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent degree/certification. You should also have a valid driver's license and a technical aptitude for fixing machines. The ability to lift 50 pounds is also required. While a bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not essential for this position.
