Overview of the Role Our Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. As a part-time temporary team member, you will be expected to provide outstanding assistance and solve problems efficiently. Key Details: The pay for the position is $15.50/hr. This is an ongoing temporary position where the hours can vary from part-time to up to 40 hrs./week during peak times. Any hours worked for the position will be between Mon – Fri, between 8am – 5pm, Eastern Time. This is a fully remote position. blithequark will provide you with all the equipment, as long as you have your own high-speed internet. How You'll Make an Impact As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will: Deliver high-quality client service consistent with blithequark standards and practices and maintain relationships with existing clients. Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment. Solve customer issues regarding employee benefits, research their problems, and process documents. Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics. About You Requirements: High school graduate. Customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll.
