Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing prompt and courteous support to our health plan partners and addressing inquiries about our transportation services. This is a high call volume, part-time position that requires excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives, regarding transportation services offered through our health plan, in a professional and courteous manner Meet or exceed productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after-call survey, to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency Follow all HIPAA and compliance protocols to ensure the protection of all members' protected health information (PHI), maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity Escalate transportation and customer service concerns to the contact center leadership team, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing delays or disruptions Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and support. The essential requirements and qualifications for this position include: Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable healthcare experience, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide empathetic support to customers Spanish fluency is a plus, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and provide more comprehensive support High School degree or equivalent, providing a foundation for further learning and development Ability to sit for 8 hours or more a day, wearing a headset, and work in a secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace, without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shifts Reliable computer and internet connection, with a download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps, to ensure seamless communication and data entry Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills, enabling you to accurately and efficiently process customer inquiries and requests Moderate experience in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word, facilitating effective collaboration and communication with colleagues and customers Ability to adapt to high and fast-paced call volume, remaining calm and composed under pressure, and providing consistent, high-quality support to customers Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills will be highly valued in this role: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms, enabling you to efficiently manage customer interactions and data Experience working in a healthcare or related industry, providing a deeper understanding of the services and support we offer to our customers Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for learning, training, and career advancement.
