Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding prescriptions, products, and services, and providing accurate and helpful information. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensuring that customer transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues. Managing and maintaining precise records and documentation, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and accurate. Utilizing relevant software and technology to manage customer interactions, process transactions, and maintain accurate records. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience is highly advantageous, but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Basic computer proficiency, with experience using relevant software and technology. The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience: Previous experience in a customer service center environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
