As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our U.S. Member Service Center team, working closely with members, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional support. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Part-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote-based team. As a key member of our U.S. Member Service Center, you will be responsible for answering high volumes of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats, providing solutions to complex issues, and advocating for members in a friendly and efficient manner.
