Key Responsibilities Assist customers in locating qualified legal providers for their specific legal needs, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Build and maintain blithequark's network of legal providers by researching and utilizing various online and referral recruitment resources. Introduce and promote the blithequark Legal Program to potential providers through cold calling and other outreach efforts. Validate legal providers' professional licensing through local and state agencies to ensure compliance and quality. Manage a caseload of 25+ customers, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Successfully recruit individual customer referrals, network partnerships, legal class requests, and other special promotions or assignments. Meet or exceed established company standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and timelines. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: Compassionate and courteous communicator with excellent internal and external interaction skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments. Ability to successfully multitask with multiple assigned cases, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
