About the Role We are seeking dependable, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individuals to fill part-time/casual positions (19 hours per week or less) in various areas, including Sales, Print Shop Technology, Loss Prevention, and Textbooks. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience Demonstrate "active selling" techniques, share product knowledge, and provide solutions to customers' needs Maintain the appearance of the sales floor, set up seasonal promotions and visual displays, and monitor assigned areas for product restocking and recovery Operate cash registers, assist customers with checkout, and execute cash handling procedures accurately Support inventory and order fulfillment processes, including receiving and processing incoming merchandise and assisting with special orders and store-to-store shipping requests Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure a seamless shopping experience Essential Qualifications Pleasant personality, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for working with the public Moderate computer/systems competency and excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to occasionally climb ladders, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
