Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team in the USA. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, de-escalating frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism. Help upsell or cross-sell when appropriate and necessary, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a unified and customer-centric approach. Who We're Looking For A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to navigate complex customer interactions with ease and poise. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Essential Qualifications 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED. Able to successfully pass a criminal background check, with a clean and stable work history. At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support. High-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection). Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, ensuring a distraction-free and productive environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, with a strong understanding of digital platforms and tools. Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ease. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
