As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise, de-escalating frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism. Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Essential Qualifications 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trustworthiness. At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and solutions. High-speed internet access, meeting the required speeds of download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, and ping less than 175ms, with a reliable ethernet connection. Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with excellent communication and soft skills. A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, ensuring a distraction-free and productive environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, with a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for de-escalating upset customers and providing effective solutions. Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a variety of schedules, including weekends and holidays.
