Job Overview In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and support customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers feel heard and valued. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Utilize your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues that may arise, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary. Help de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism, providing a positive and supportive experience that reflects the values of blithequark. Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. Who We're Looking For A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a focus on finding solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and blithequark. Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is able to work effectively in a remote setting, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time efficiently. Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure that our associates have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Essential Qualifications 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED. Able to successfully pass a criminal background check, with a commitment to upholding the values and integrity of blithequark. At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences. High-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection). Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM, with strong computer skills and a familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology. A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the security protocols of blithequark. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with customer service software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and blithequark.
