About the Role As a Customer Experience Advisor at blithequark, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and supporting our customers across various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients who contact our retail stores via phone and email. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is nothing short of wonderful. To achieve this, you will learn our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships. You will also utilize our internal communication software to collaborate with your teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Learn and master our internal management system to process sales orders, manage customer data, and maintain accurate records. Utilize internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to optimize the customer experience. Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries. Work effectively in a remote environment, managing your time and priorities to meet performance goals and deadlines. Essential Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or call center environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively. Requirements and Logistics To be considered for this role, you should be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT. You should also be available to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season. Additionally, you will need to: Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls. Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise, where you can fulfill your shifts and maintain confidentiality. Have a reliable high-speed internet connection, with access to your router and all necessary equipment (which will be provided by blithequark). Not be listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
