Maintain world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics, identifying opportunities to exceed service requirements, and building relationships with customers and contacts. Establish and maintain world-class customer relations by developing a rapport, actively listening, and providing consultative support and recommendations. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs. No previous experience is required, but a results-oriented mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to multi-task, work independently, and as part of a team, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize diplomacy and discretion in customer interactions.
