Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Client Retention and Collections Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Retention Representative, you will play a critical role in retaining business clients and educating current customers on the value of retaining their Vehicle Service Contracts. Key Responsibilities Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals through effective communication and negotiation skills Demonstrate superb listening skills, with the ability to overcome customer concerns and objections in a professional and courteous manner Keep customers informed about the benefits of their Vehicle Service Contracts and the risks associated with canceling their contracts Utilize CRM and technology platforms to manage multiple customer interactions and achieve high sales performance Influence customers to recognize the value of our contracts and identify new opportunities for growth and development Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Collaborate with management and coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives, and participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and develop effective solutions to resolve them Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports to management Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate required Minimum 2 years of experience in a retention or sales role, with a proven track record of success Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support and conflict resolution, with excellent communication and negotiation skills Computer proficiency, with experience using CRM and technology platforms Phone communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience in the automotive warranty industry, with knowledge of Vehicle Service Contracts and related products Experience with contract negotiation and conflict resolution, with a proven ability to resolve complex customer issues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and supportive attitude Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Proficiency in CRM and technology platforms, with the ability to learn new systems and software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Endurance Warranty Services, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
