Job Overview As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities Handle a variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership queries Provide accurate and timely information about products and services, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to make informed decisions Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with the right people at the right time Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the industry Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers and provide personalized support Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that can inform future sales and marketing strategies Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
