Key Responsibilities Express genuine empathy and concern for customers' issues, addressing them with professionalism and care Answer, evaluate, and prioritize customer requests, providing timely and effective solutions Identify high-risk customer situations and escalate them to management without hesitation Manage multiple chats simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and efficiency Accurately document all required information and chat details in the ticketing system Respond to and resolve open issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction Identify trends related to systems, platforms, and customers, escalating them to management as needed Multitask using multiple systems, adapting to changing priorities and tasks with ease Maintain punctuality, attendance, and a positive, professional demeanor in all customer interactions Be available for cross-training and flexible scheduling, including weekends and varying shifts Essential Qualifications A genuine passion for music, with a strong knowledge of current artists and trends in the pop and country genres 3-5 years of experience in call center chat support, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service Technical expertise, with experience in Zendesk or similar ticketing systems, being a significant advantage Ability to type at a speed of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy or above, consistently Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and excellent grammar Previous experience working from home, with a reliable computer and internet connection Understanding of contact center support metrics and the ability to implement actions for improvement High School Diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the music industry or a related field Familiarity with text and chat acronyms, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and terminology Experience with multiple systems and software applications, with a strong ability to learn and adapt A strong understanding of customer service principles, with a focus on empathy, patience, and resolution Hardware and Software Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have access to a reliable computer that meets the following specifications: Processor: More than 4 cores Memory: 8GB on Windows 10 or higher / 10 64 bits Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, with dual monitors required USB headset Up-to-date antivirus software, with a recent scan completed Hardwired connection to a router, with a firewall enabled Please note that the following devices are not supported: Chromebooks, iPads, MacBooks, netbooks, or any type of tablet.
