As a Call Center Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, providing outstanding guest service to a wide range of guests, including onsite visitors to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Call Center Representative, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest service, answering general questions, and providing support to guests regarding various topics related to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing timely and accurate information to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Handling conflict resolution and making decisions quickly, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor Working effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and partnership to adapt to the fluctuating needs of our operation Maintaining confidentiality with critical information, ensuring the security and integrity of guest data Utilizing written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders Being available for three weeks of full-time training, followed by a part-time schedule that requires flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency with a Microsoft Windows environment and comfort working on dual monitors Capacity to handle conflict resolution and make decisions quickly, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor Flexibility and partnership, with the ability to adapt to the fluctuating needs of our operation Maintain confidentiality with critical information, ensuring the security and integrity of guest data Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders Availability for three weeks of full-time training, followed by a part-time schedule that requires flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the hospitality industry Knowledge of Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and their operations Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders Problem-solving skills: strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Teamwork skills: ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support Adaptability: flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, in partnership with The Walt Disney Company, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
