As a remote call center, we offer a flexible and dynamic work environment that allows our representatives to work from the comfort of their own homes. **Key Responsibilities** As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: • **File Disputes**: Customers who call in suspecting fraud on their account must file a dispute for the charges, and must have their debit card shut down for safety. • **Express Empathy**: Potential bank account fraud is serious, and scary for customers. The agent must be able to maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls. • **Off-Hours Availability**: This job is 100% Nights, 100% Weekends, and 100% Every Banking and Federal Holiday. This is not a traditional 9 to 5, and no traditional hours exist except for daytime on holidays. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: • **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, with an associate's degree preferred. • **Age Requirement**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply. • **Background Check**: A background check is required for all candidates. • **Excellent Communication Skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing. • **Technical Requirements**: You'll need a WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (No Wifi), an Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) Smartphone, and either a Smartphone with Unlimited Minutes or a Landline Phone. • **Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to be able to problem-solve and think critically to resolve customer issues. **Training and Onboarding** Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our comprehensive training program includes: • **Week 1 Training Schedule**: Tuesday 9/9/25 at 5PM - 10PM, Wednesday 9/10/25 at 9PM - 2AM, Thursday 9/11/25 at 9PM - 2AM, and Friday OFF. • **Week 2 Training Schedule**: Saturday 9/13/25 at 5PM - 10PM, Sunday 9/14/25 at 5PM - 10PM, Monday 9/15/25 at 9PM - 2AM, Tuesday 9/16/25 at 9PM - 2AM, and Wednesday - Friday OFF. **Potential Work Schedules** We offer a range of work schedules to fit your needs, including: • **FT Schedule Open**: Saturday 5PM - 2AM, Sunday 5PM - 2AM, Monday - Tuesday OFF, Wednesday 9PM - 6AM, Thursday 9PM - 6AM, and Friday 9PM - 6AM. • **FT Schedule Close**: Saturday 12AM - 9AM, Sunday 12AM - 9AM, Monday 12:30AM - 6AM, Tuesday OFF, Wednesday 9PM - 6AM, Thursday 9PM - 6AM, and Friday OFF. • **PT Schedule Open**: Saturday 5PM - 10PM, Sunday 5PM - 10PM, Monday - Wednesday OFF, Thursday 9PM - 2AM, and Friday 9PM - 2AM. • **PT Schedule Close**: Saturday 4AM - 9AM, Sunday 4AM - 9AM, Monday - Tuesday OFF, Wednesday 9PM - 2AM, Thursday 9PM - 2AM, and Friday OFF. **Supplemental Pay Types** We offer a range of supplemental pay types, including bonus pay. **Education and Experience** To be successful in this role, you'll need: • **High School or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • **Customer Service Experience**: 3 years of customer service experience is required. • **PC or Laptop Experience**: 3 years of experience using a PC or laptop is required. **Job Type and Pay** This is a full-time and part-time position with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour.
