As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in facilitating consumer loan approvals, managing payment solutions, and addressing client inquiries effectively. Before transitioning to the 3rd shift schedule, you will undergo a comprehensive week-long training program from 8 AM to 5 PM, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Diligently document all client interactions and transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all data capture for future reference. Utilize basic business math to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner. Communicate effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all verbal interactions, both internally and externally. Maintain sensitivity, tact, and professionalism under all circumstances, fostering positive client relations and promoting a positive brand image. Adhere strictly to legal and company guidelines, enhancing the integrity and operation of our services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Process payments meticulously, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and maintaining the highest level of data security. Evaluate loan applications using detailed analysis through advanced software tools to determine applicant eligibility and make informed decisions. Keep clients informed throughout the loan application process, ensuring they understand all aspects and obligations, and providing exceptional customer service and support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication, with a strong focus on providing exceptional support and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
