Logging into our chat application each night and interacting with customers, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively and efficiently. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, enhancing their experience with prompt and accurate responses that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to handle customer queries efficiently and resolve issues in a fair and courteous manner.
